Privacy Policy Effective date: August 3, 2026 Boligram is a social app for profiles, posts, videos, reels, messaging, calls, groups, and creator interactions. This policy explains the data processed through the Boligram Android app, iOS app, website, and related services. Information we collect: - Account details such as name, username, email address, encrypted password, profile photo, bio, and location when you choose to provide it. - Content you create or upload, including posts, comments, videos, reels, images, messages, group content, and profile updates. - Camera, microphone, photos, videos, files, and precise or approximate location only when you grant the relevant permission and use a feature that needs it, such as recording, uploading, attaching media, calling, or adding a location to content. - Communications data needed to deliver messages and voice/video calls, including participants, timestamps, attachments, and technical connection information. - Push notification tokens and notification preferences to deliver message, call, safety, and activity alerts. - Device and technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, IP address, language, network information, crash diagnostics, and security logs. - Usage and interaction information such as app opens, sessions, screens or features used, ad interactions, install/referral information, and performance events. - On Android, advertising and device identifiers, including the resettable Android Advertising ID when available, may be processed for advertising, attribution, campaign measurement, fraud prevention, and ad frequency controls. Android settings allow you to reset or delete this identifier. - Approximate country may be derived from your IP address. VPNs, proxies, and mobile networks may make this estimate inaccurate. How we use data: - To create and manage your account. - To show your profile, posts, videos, messages, calls, groups, and social activity. - To operate safety, moderation, spam prevention, account security, and support features. - To provide notifications, media processing, content delivery, and app reliability. - To measure installs and referrals, understand feature usage, fix crashes, and improve performance. - To show, measure, limit, and improve advertising or sponsored content where enabled. Who receives data: - Other users can see information and content you make public or share with them. Message and call participants receive the communications you send to them. - Our hosting, storage, content-delivery, email, media-processing, security, and support providers process data to operate Boligram. - Google Firebase processes push-notification tokens on Android and iOS. Firebase Crashlytics processes Android crash and diagnostic information. - Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and its mediation partners may process Android advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location, and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads. - Meta Platforms processes Android app events, install/referral information, device information, IP address, and the Android Advertising ID when available to attribute app installs, measure advertising, prevent fraud, and optimize Boligram campaigns. Meta may act as an independent controller for some advertising processing under its own terms and privacy policy. - We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, user safety, fraud prevention, rights protection, or responding to valid legal requests. We do not exchange personal information for money. Advertising providers may use or combine identifiers and activity for advertising measurement or personalized advertising where permitted by law and your applicable choices. Platform-specific advertising and tracking: - Android: Boligram uses Google Mobile Ads and Meta app-event/install-attribution technology. Automatic Meta app events and Android Advertising ID collection are enabled to measure app-install campaigns. Where legally required, we request consent or apply restricted/non-personalized processing. You can change eligible privacy choices in the app or device settings. - iOS: the current Boligram iOS app does not include Meta advertising, Google Mobile Ads, or cross-app tracking SDKs, does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, and does not access IDFA. If this changes, we will update this policy and request permission where Apple rules require it. Permissions: Camera and microphone are used when you start recording, capture, or calling features. Photos, videos, and files are used for uploads, attachments, and media features you choose. Location is used when you choose a location-enabled feature. Notifications are used for alerts you allow. You can revoke permissions in device settings, although related features may stop working. Legal bases and regional choices: Depending on your location, we process data to provide the service you request, protect legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, comply with law, or based on consent. In the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, eligible users are provided advertising privacy choices where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already completed. Some regions may provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data. Retention: We keep account information and user content while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. Raw first-party analytics events are generally retained for up to 90 days. Security, abuse, moderation, report, transaction, and legal records may be retained longer where necessary to protect users, establish or defend legal claims, prevent repeat abuse, or comply with law. Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until the applicable backup cycle expires. Account deletion: You can delete your account from the in-app profile/settings delete option. You can also visit /site/account-deletion. Account deletion removes the main account and associated data where possible. A limited deletion audit record may be retained for security, fraud prevention, operational measurement, and legal compliance. Reports, moderation evidence, legal records, and backup copies may remain for the limited purposes and periods described above. Security and children: We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Boligram does not permit child sexual abuse or exploitation. Advertising identifiers must not be used for children where prohibited; users and guardians can report safety concerns through in-app reporting or the contact below. Changes: We may update this policy as Boligram features, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required.
