Terms and Conditions By creating or using a Boligram account, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for the content you post, upload, send, or share. Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, infringing, spam, scam, or misleading content. Do not misuse messaging, calling, groups, comments, reactions, follow features, or upload tools. Your content and ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Boligram. You represent and warrant that you own the content or have all permissions, licenses, consents, and other rights needed to upload, share, display, and otherwise use it through the service. Your content must not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person. License to operate the service: When you upload or share content, you grant Boligram a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, resize, transcode, display, publish, distribute, and make that content available only as needed to operate, provide, improve, secure, and promote the Boligram service in accordance with your settings and our Privacy Policy. This license includes permission to use service providers that process content for Boligram. It does not transfer ownership of your content to Boligram or permit Boligram to sell your content as its own. The license normally ends when your content is deleted or your account is closed. It may continue for a limited period where copies remain in reasonable backups, where content was previously shared with others and they have not deleted it, or where retention is necessary for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these terms. Copyright and enforcement: BoliGram may remove or restrict content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts when needed for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, security, or platform integrity. Copyright owners and authorized representatives can report alleged infringement through the BoliGram Copyright Center at /copyright. The app may include social features, user-generated content, media upload/playback, notifications, ads, analytics, and third-party services. Features may change, pause, or stop without notice. You may stop using Boligram at any time and may delete your account from the app profile/settings delete option. These terms are provided for use of the Boligram service and may be updated as the app evolves.
